62nd Report in 2013: The Primary Evaluation on S&T Innovation Pilot Policies in National Indigenous Innovation Demonstration Zones

Abstract: Since the development of national indigenous innovation zones like Zhongguancun, East lake of Wuhan and Zhangjiang, the central government, the relative local governments and the department of demonstration zones successively put forward a series of polices to boost the innovation ability of demonstration zones. This paper evaluates the pilot polices such as equity and dividend incentives from the result, the problems and other aspects and then gives relative suggestions.
